Dr Stuart Kewley, BA (hons), MSc (QUB), MPhil and PhD (Cantab), is the founder and CEO of the Eurasia Consortium, a globally focused group of companies headquartered in Oxford with offices in Malaysia, China and business interests in the US, China, Kenya, Brazil, Russia and Vietnam. With a PhD from Cambridge, Stuart began his career in academia and was a Director of Studies at the University of Oxford as well as a fellow of Kellogg College, Oxford.
In 2009, Stuart founded The Eurasia Consortium. The Consortium’s companies’ core competencies lie in the area of strategic innovation, market access strategies, business development; and Continuing Professional Development.
In 2010, he created Eurasia Educational Dynamics Ltd one of the Consortium’s companies. This division is one the group’s most profitable. In 2012, Stuart opened The Eurasia Consortium Malaysia (TECM) Sdn Bhd, a regional head office for South East Asia. A year later this division secured a significant contract from the Malaysian government in assisting Malaysian SMEs to globalize their business. Between 2014-2015, the group’s consultancy business expanded supporting its clients in key overseas markets. The Eurasia Consortium is currently assisting Russian clients in the Vietnam, Malaysian, Hong Kong and Brazilian markets, Malaysian clients in the US and Chinese markets, Brazilian clients in the UK, European and Russian markets. As a result, the group’s turnover increased by over 30% year on year. The Eurasia Consortium also took an investment position in two of its clients and in 2015 it was shortlisted for the Queen’s Award in international business.In 2018, Stuart undertook a strategic reorganization of the group. In the same year he was awarded the HRD Asia 2018 Movers and Shakers award presented to him Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
